When we met with Harry and Liz we weren’t sure we actually wanted to sell our house because we were intimidated by the whole process. We had been in the house for 30 years and the thought of preparing the house for sale, picking a listing price, finding a real estate attorney, getting through inspections, preparing for an open house, and so on, was daunting. After just ten minutes of talking to them, and seeing how knowledgeable and confident and encouraging they were, we had the courage to do it. As the process went on, they only got more supportive and responsive. Every single time I texted either one of them I got an immediate response. Every time I needed advice on what to do, instant answer. When I needed an electrician, problem solved. They also set us up with an excellent real estate lawyer. On top of everything, Harry found a realtor in Florida who helped us buy our new home. I can’t say enough good things about them because there are simply too many to mention. They feel like family to us and we will miss them. And by the way, we ended up getting above asking price, and way above what we originally thought we could get for the house.

Elizabeth was awesome… she helped my son as he bought a home a couple years ago and he being young had a lot of questions and needed guidance as she provided for him… always was there for him to answer all of his questions and kept on top of the other realtor and let him know step by step what was going on … he highly recommended her to me as I saw that she made the entire process for him so much easier and less stressful… knowing this I had had no doubts when selling my fathers home to contact her and was very pleased as well. She answered the phone anytime I called or text her and if was not able to hit back to me very quickly and kept on top of the other realtor and the lawyers in the process to make sure everything was going smooth and this also helped to expidite the process. Elizabeth was amazing. This was not an easy sale for several reasons but she stuck at it, worked with the lawyers and other agents to get an agreed upon price. And to get this accomplished! She answered my texts and calls as quickly as possible. And kept me in the loop. I wasn’t the seller but I was the sellers United States representative. The seller was traveling over seas and was not always easy to get touch with so she dealt with me for almost everything. When the time comes for me to find another home I will definitely go to her for guidance and assistance.
