Do yourself a favor and choose another realtor other than Daniel Stoker! If you are looking for an honest, ethical, communicative, hard working and professional realtor, Daniel Stoker is NOT the one. He represented me in the purchase of my home and I could not have been more unhappy, disappointed and disillusioned throughout the entire transaction than I actually was. So much so that I had to file an ethics grievance with the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Board of Realtors against Daniel and his brokerage, Sutter and Nugent. Unfortunately, he is not a “man of his word” and has zero integrity. It’s shameful that he puts financial gain over doing the right thing for his clients. He stopped returning phone calls, emails and text messages which added to the frustration and regret that I was experiencing which really showcased his unprofessionalism. Online reviews are written for the benefit of other "potential clients" to determine whether or not they wish to engage in business with someone based on someone else's prior experience with an individual or firm. This is why businesses and professional people go to great lengths to protect their reputation. If my review can help another buyer or seller make an informed decision based on my horrendous experience with Daniel Stoker, then I have upheld my ethical obligation as a fellow realtor (and home buyer) in protecting the public from and unscrupulous individual. ***Also, please read the following online article regarding Sutter & Nugent before contracting with them to sell your home or represent you in a purchase.
