Kate is amazing!!!!!

Some people simply do their job, and then there are people like Kate who make you feel like you are their only client! From the moment we started looking for our new home, Kate was absolutely incredible. No matter when I wanted to see the house, she found a way to be there! Whether it was another visit, a last-minute request, or simply wanting to take one more look, she always made time for us. I never once felt rushed, inconvenienced, or like I was asking too much. What makes Kate so special is the personal attention she gives. She understood how much this home meant to us and shared in our excitement every step of the way. She was patient with my endless questions, thoughtful about every little detail, and always just a phone call or text away. Having someone who is that accessible and willing to show up whenever you need them is priceless! Buying our canal home was such an exciting milestone for our family, and Kate played such an important part in making it happen. She brought a sense of comfort and reassurance to the experience that I will always appreciate. Kate, thank you for every showing, every answered question, every extra trip, and every moment you made us feel important. Your time, effort, and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed! Anyone would be lucky to have Kate representing them when purchasing a home. She is truly one of a kind, and we are so thankful she was part of our journey!
