When Harry came and first met with us he came very prepared. He brought all the comps and gave an honest opinion of the house and what he thought it would sell for and what investments we should and should not make to the home. He had recommendations of who we should use for updates in the local area that were reasonably priced and performed quality work. He is very familiar with the downriver area. He is very responsive when you call and is knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. His team did a large amount of pictures on our mothers house which showed the house very well and created multiple showings and a high amount of interest. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and the house sold within days of the listing. During closing he came prepared and what I thought would take hours turned out to be a short and easy process. Even though the house has sold, he has offered to help my sisters and I with anything we may need in the future for tax purposes I would highly recommend him.
