Harry and his team are great. We have had Harry sell multiple homes for us. They are very nice, helpful, and responsive. Their communication between their team and with seller is excellent. Harry helps with every step of the way, explaining everything in detail. I would recommend Harry and will definitely be using him in the future again.
Harry and his team were knowledgable about the area and market. We listed on a Friday and had a full cash offer on Monday morning. Harry takes the time to explain the marketing plan and keeps you updated throughout the transaction. I would recommend Harry to anyone considering listing their property for a positve experience.
Harry and his team provided us with the utmost professional experience. Harry guided us through the entire process with realistic expectations and in the end he was able to deliver as outlined.
If you want the most money for your downriver home, don’t mess around...call Harry. Harry had us list our home 25K higher than an out of area agent recommended, and we accepted an offer 15K higher than our list price. Our house went on the market on a Friday morning, and we accepted an offer the following Tuesday. Harry and his staff are friendly, efficient and effective. If you are buying or selling downriver, hire Harry now!!
