Harriet made our our dream a reality. Originally from the East Coast, we never thought we could be homeowners in San Diego, but Harriet helped make that happen! She had expansive knowledge on the local neighborhoods and the market, and was very quick to reply to texts/calls/emails for all the questions we had during our first home buying experience. She really took into consideration our background and personalities, and guided us through the process. When we found "the one", Harriet went above and beyond to make sure we had a strong offer with her market knowledge, negotiation skills, and relationship skills, and also helped us understand all the paperwork and the "fine print" when we were ready to make an offer. She also had great referrals for other points of contact throughout the home buying process, and "held our hand" through escrow and even after closing! Especially during a difficult time with the current global situation, she provided amazing customer service and made us felt at ease the whole time. Highly recommend Harriet!
