Harper, my realtor,was fantastic !!! She was professional yet personable. We started with agreeing on the sale price which was realistic, she listened to my needs and wants and concerns; she walked with me every step of the way and kept me informed. She helped me ready it, then came and "staged it" for pictures. We had an open house, and that's where/when I sold it for its full price. We agreed with the buyers on the closing date and all went according to plan. She was always available when I needed her, cheerful and available. She made it painless and was always a big support. The Grossman Team is a "family", well known, honest and respected. I would go with them again and highly recommend them.
