Harold Baker was exactly the agent we needed to sell my parent’s property. We were not sure exactly how to go about selling their homestead and he knew exactly what to do. He genuinely wanted to make sure we walked away with some cash in our hands as well-we did not think we would be able to given the state of the property. He was so kind, non-judgemental and helpful.
