I used Harold R. Baker to sell my home in Winter Haven and he was outstanding. I spoke with Harold and then met with him at my home. He spent a couple of hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing information on several comps in the area. I was concerned that my house may take a while to sell as there were several homes for sale in the neighborhood. Harold made the process incredibly easy. When I saw my listing I was extremely pleased. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing! Within the week my home was listed and we had three (3) showings and received two (2) offers. My house went under contract immediately.
