My son and his girlfriend are both starting residency in July at UAB. We were totally new to the area and to the South. We joined our kids in search of their first home to try to help them find a house in this crazy market. We spent the day with Eden who showed us several different homes in different areas of Birmingham and explained the pros and cons of each area. Eden was just wonderful! Warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable- she quickly realized what we were looking for and made sure to show us appropriate homes. Harold joined us later and explained the process, the local market and trends and gave our kids some advice on buying their first home. We ended up finding a perfect house for both within 15m of UAB.
