Having worked with two other Realtors in the past who were either too pushy or too busy to give proper attention, we were very skeptical to go with an agent without any recommendations. Harmit was strongly recommended to us by a family member who has been working with him for many years now so we decided to go with him and bought our first home within the next 3 months. Harmit setup an MLS query based on our criteria so we could shortlist the houses we were interested in seeing. He was extremely proactive in responding over messages or emails. He was very flexible with timings to show properties and no matter how far away he may be driving from, he was always there on time. He gladly showed us the same property multiple times when we were not able to make a decision. We were looking at fixer-upper houses and Harmit even helped us get accurate estimates for it through his own contractors. We never felt any bit of pressure from him for seeing any property he sent us or to make an offer for any we actually saw or were interested in. He gave us both the pros and cons for the property and his honest recommendation purely based on factors related to the property alone and nothing else. For the house we finally bought, Harmit negotiated with the seller's agent on his own even when we were kind of okay with the slightly higher price that the seller wanted. This shows how much he is vested in his clients interests. I have been recommending Harmit to my friends and will definitely work with him in the future myself.
