Hardy was attentive and personable. He was able to preview homes for us and we negotiated a purchase in the midst of covid thanks to Hardy’s willingness to FaceTime and tour homes on our behalf. He has a helpful disposition. I highly recommend him.

I recently moved to the southern Florida area from the "north" and knew nothing of the area. This was a corporate move and corporate provided me with enough information so that I was "dangerous".....Upon my first visit to the area, I walked into the Coldwell Banker office where Hardy was on duty. We had an initial sort of meet and greet, and Hardy said he would be in touch based upon our discussion. I figured, fairly typical, let's see what happens. Well, the fairly typical stopped there. Within a very short time, Hardy was in touch with thoughts and potential house visits we could make and we started the process. While I knew that the Florida market was "challenging" I had no idea how challenging it would be. Hardy was awesome. He kept me focused and calm. His knowledge of the area was tremendous!!!! His patience was unbelievable and very much appreciated. We went thru a number of offers which were rejected - He was very calm and reassuring. Ultimately, we were able to submit an offer which was accepted. Of course, that process presented its own unique issues. Once again, Hardy was on top of those issues and supported me in every way he could. I would enthusiastically recommend Hardy to anyone looking for a home in the area! He truly is excellent. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise are second to none. It's a great professional relationship, and his interest and caring have created a great friendship.
