It was really tough arriving at the property & no agent to view & walk it with Us. I was very Uneady about neighbors, their pets, chickens, pigs, rooster, & dogs. As I knew "nothing" about any of that!!!! & Hardie fell quite ill, at the timing of the closing stressful. I had a lot of questions, & wanted My agent present. I felt alone, in the final process. Hardie had to cancel a few. times, b4 closing, it made the prior viewing scarey, Hardie from the get go. 👐 & he did meet with us after the closing. Just wish we could've had him there, it just felt foreign not having him there to ask questions & point out certain concerns. That part was very Un nerving. The timing, of Hardie with the flu, "sucked" for all of Us.
Mr. Williams was helpful in getting me information on my home, financial, closing, utilities, yard maintenance, internet, cable, and security set up. He helped me move some furniture into my new home after closing and went out of his way to check on my home while I am away during the month. He by far is the best agent I have every worked with and trust him to serve me anytime in the near future.
Hardie was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in my area. Always responsive to my questions.
