User friendly, especially from being so far away.

I had used Happi as a property manager when I had to move to California for my property in North Carolina. This was my first time doing this, however everything was a very smooth process, from start to end with paperwork being streamlined, to communicating just the right amount. Nothing was left unsaid about issues that came up with options already available from her team. Once I had decided to sell, I also used her as a real estate agent and that process could not have gone better. From pricing, to advertising, as well as negotiating, that process was also as stress free as it could have been. If the opportunity presented itself again, i would absolutely go back to them.
