We met Tamie through social/kids activities and had no experience working with her as a Realtor. In fact, we have so many other friends that are Realtors that it was difficult to to not use them in favor of Tamie. And, once again, she nailed every single aspect and the house sold exactly as she predicted, at the top of the price range. As with the lot, the closing was once again perfectly managed. And for the house we wanted to build, we made a late stage decision and decided to buy an existing house instead. As with the prior two transactions she once again showed extremely strong skills as she helped us find a new home, win a bidding war, and expertly manage yet another closing.
