Selling a home can be an exasperating experience, and it certainly was for me! There were many twists and turns and unexpected developments, and the process was lengthy. Hans was always calm throughout, and did his level best to be as helpful as he could, including going to the Town building inspector's office several times to iron out problems. Hans is knowledgeable, patient, and has a soft touch in dealing with people. I would certainly recommend him!

Hans and his team, particularly Donna, were well worth the commission expense- selling a house is Much more complicated than putting out a sign and representing yourself. Hans met with us and got to know us and the property. He told us what he would do and what we would need to do to get the house sold, get sold quickly and get sold at top market price. We did some things, such as "staging" that we swore we would never do. But it was truly worth it to "put the best foot forward" for our house. He coordinated the visits by other agents along with their prospective buyers. We listened to his advice on pricing, decorating, clean-up, etc. Hans and Donna are recommended without reservation.
