Han immigrated to the US with his family when he was 11 years old and grew up here in the Vancouver/Portland area. He learned how to navigate unfamiliar processes by helping his parents navigate their way through leasing apartments, buying vehicles, and applying for jobs and schools as an adolescent. As a result, he understands how difficult and stressful it can be to navigate through unfamiliar, complicated processes like buying and selling property, and is skilled at helping his clients not only understand the process, but confidently strategize and negotiate deals to their benefit.
Han is grateful to the many friendly people in the community that helped him and his family as newcomers in the US, and he is determined to return the favor by providing his community with outstanding customer service and professional guidance. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2013 with a BA in Communications focused on Public Relations, he contracted with an automobile exporting company where he found himself traveling the globe to source exotic and collectible vehicles for his clientele. During this time, he was also contracted to help recruit international students from his home country for Clark College. He also worked with attorneys, CPAs, and various other professionals to help a Chinese company establish business operations in the US. Most recently, Han was a store manager for Sprint in the Seattle area where he excelled in training new employees and generated dozens of 5-star reviews for his stores before joining a global IT company as an account manager.
As a Realtor, Han is equipped with the experience and tools to assist his clients in navigating through the difficult processes. He has worked in every aspect of the business ranging from buying, listing, flipping, purchasing land and stick build, to investing, he is keen on the market trend with the knowledge he has regarding the Vancouver/Portland area. He is also able to pull from his past roles in various industries to find creative solutions. He is sensitive, honest, sincere, and listens to his clients’ needs before presenting possible solutions along with his recommendations.
Besides work, Han enjoys the company of his growing family, barbecuing and savoring regionally brewed beers with friends, and spending time in the great outdoors with his purebred Husky Max.
