It was a pleasure working with Hannah Wright. After she showed us a few homes that my husband and I picked out online that were not that great in person, Hannah showed us some other homes that she suggested for us to see which were much nicer and on target with what we were looking for. We were impressed on how attentive she was to our needs and that she paid attention to the details we were looking for. It was helpful that she is from Lake County and very knowledgeable about the area. We were traveling in an RV, and Hannah was gracious to meet us and drive us around in her car to look at homes which was very convenient. We purchased a home and 5 parcels. One of the parcels had a water easement which connects to another home, so a surveyor needed to assess it before closing escrow. This process caused a delay in closing escrow. Hannah was in contact with the title company and the listing agent and kept us informed on the process. Hannah is a very professional and experienced real estate agent. We would definitely recommended her.

Hannah helped us buy our retirement home in Nice. It took a very long time to close the escrow because the seller's lot lines needed to be resurveyed and adjusted. Hannah and the selling agent spent a lot of time getting things figured out and processed. We worked with a great title company that Hannah recommended. Hannah is very knowledgeable about the area and available properties. She was tolerant and patient with me when I got frustrated with the lot line situation and what seemed to be a long, arduous escrow. Her knowledge of the county along with her nice personality are a couple of great features of Hannah.

Most importantly for us, she helped manage some of the transactional events that required local knowledge or presence as we were selling a vacation home and live out of the area.
