Hannah is very communicative and takes time to make sure the client is informed. Hannah makes sure that her duties as a real estate agent are performed in a timely manner. Great agent especially for clients who may not be experienced with the sale or purchase of real property.
She helped me set a good price, kept me informed of the market and recommended actions that would be beneficial to selling my house. She also stuck with it and sold it after a year and a half of waiting for it to sell. She also handled the business transaction of the sale and made it very easy for me to get it sold as quickly as possible.
Hannah did an amazing job from start to finish. As a busy healthcare professional it is sometimes hard to find time to schedule walk throughs of various homes especially with how competitive the market can be. Hannah's knowledge of the local market, professionalism and flexibility made it possible for everything to fall into place. I cannot thank her enough for her patience and positive attitude when things were tough. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my family, friends or colleagues. Thanks again!
Hannah made the whole process easy. She’s very knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the progress. Highly recommend using Hannah to sell your home in Lake County.

Hannah is awesome! She is a joy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable! She was on top of the different issues that arose. She always followed through, she was quick to reply, as well as transparent, honest and you can fully rely on Hannah to get the job done right... We've worked with Hannah before on another home so we didn't hesitate to call her when we decided to find a place we could retire to. There were several other bids the same day we took our tour and she was instrumental in helping us make the perfect bid for our dream home. Everything went so smooth we couldn't be happier!!
We recently renovated this property and Hannah helped us from beginning to end. We priced competitively and received immediate interest, with an accepted offer day 1. I'll continue to recommend Hannah and trust her entirely with our future real estate endeavors.
Working with Hannah really couldn't have gone any better. Her understanding of this changing market is key, she has a great eye, and can see the potential in each home. She spent countless hours showing our home and we received multiple offers right away. She was very hands on and there to answer any question we had. We will continue working with Hannah in the future and I will happily recommend her to anyone asks.
