We knew that it was going to be challenging to purchase a home this spring (2022), so we were strategic when looking for a real estate agent to guide us through the process. After interviewing agents, we chose to work with Hannah because she was knowledgable about this area and because she was proactive. Hannah consistently gave us information about the process, she advised us without being overbearing, and she researched on our behalf when different issues arose. When there was an inspection, Hannah was there on our behalf and provided video of the inspector explaining what he saw.
