I first met Hannah Wilmot online. I was impressed with her professionalism and more importantly at how she listened carefully to what my husband I had envisioned for our dream home in the beautiful state of Arizona, which we now call home. Hannah went above and beyond in showing us resale homes and new homes by various builders from Peoria to Goodyear. We were amazed at how organized and thorough she was in showing us the different areas and builders. Hannah made appointments in advance with all the builders to ensure that we had access to see all the models without any problems. Hannah is young in years, but she is very knowledgeable and mature which she displayed by answering and never tiring from my endless questions. We decided on a new build and Hannah helped us through the entire process. Hannah’s helpfulness and commitment to us did not end when we signed our purchase contract. She kept us updated with the progress of our new house with weekly photos and videos, which we appreciated greatly since we still lived out of state during the building process. Hannah did what she said she was going to do from day one and she was vital in helping us obtain our dream home. We have already referred other buyers to her and should we find ourselves buying investment property, we will definitely work with Hannah again. Hannah is so awesome as a caring, knowledgeable and competent real estate agent, but more importantly she’s a great person that we are now proud to have as a friend.
