Hannah Watts was the first agent to answer me back by calling me. She impressed me because she was willing to reach out and call instead of text or e-mail. This means a lot because I believe it’s more personal. She was understanding of my lack of knowledge of the area and my disability and picked me up at my hotel room to look at houses.
