I have always wanted to retire in Marin County...
I have always wanted to retire in Marin County for its charming little towns, outdoors activities, proximity to San Francisco, and the wine country. Hannah made it happen. For over a year, while I was still working in Silicon Valley, we would frequently meet, and she would patiently take the time to show me homes, familiarize me with the different communities, and get to know me and my needs. In the process, I formed a realistic picture about the local real estate market, which helped refine my expectations. During the search process, Hannah was always courteous, polite, encouraging, and optimistic, but at the same time very objective and realistic. When the time came to become an active buyer, the pandemic hit, literally on the same day, thus suspending our buying process for many weeks. But providence works in strange and interesting ways. On the first day we could visit an occupied home, the very first home, there it was. The perfect one. And Hannah made it happen! Her genius and brilliance came into effect. Her thoroughness and attention to detail during the buying process were simply amazing. She was a pretty tough negotiator. She clearly had my best interests in mind to make sure not only that I bought the home that I fell in love with, but that I got it at the right price, and that I was getting into a sound place by thoroughly going over the reports and consulting professionals regarding the structural integrity of the home. Last but not least, during the shelter-in-place period, on Mother's Day, she baked and delivered the most amazing cup cakes for me and my visiting children. Hannah is not only an outstanding real estate professional, she is now a great neighbor. Thanks to her, I truly love where I live.
