Trying to find the right condo in South Florida is hard enough but doing it remotely from Canada is near impossible . Enter Hannah Nava. Hannah worked tirelessly for me from the day we spoke on the phone. Showing me only potential units when available, Hannah successfully navigated through what has definitely become a very difficult market for buyers. And when nothing was available, she remained focused and patient. When the exact condo that i wanted became available, Hannah brought it to me immediately and was a tough negotiator through closing. Her team walked me through that closing remotely and made what might have been a very stressful exercise, completely stress free. Importantly Hannah doesn't disappear after the the deal closes, and has remained incredibly helpful with several issues that go over and above the usual responsibilities of a realtor.
