As first-time home buyers, our experience with Hannah as our agent was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We started out looking at some new-builds as well as older homes as potential fixer-uppers, but weren't really sure what we wanted. Hannah and her team sent us thorough searches containing homes that fit exactly what we were looking for, answered our millions of questions and connected us with a lender that kept in touch and kept us in the loop for the entire process. As things happen in real estate, small issues here and there came up but Hannah was there to negotiate in our best interest every step of the way, kept us calm through the entire process and got us into our dream home along with a ton of 'extra' credits from the seller to help us save some money. Her knowledge when it came to new-construction (what we ended up purchasing) was extensive and a great relief when it came to the stresses of buying a home. She even hand-delivered a 'temporary' mailbox while our developer decided on permanent options - how many agents would do that?!
