How did I find Hannah? I tried to schedule a showing on a house listed on Zillow and ended up making a friend out of it! She was meant to be alongside us as we moved away from our “firsts” house and bought our perfect, cozy new home. We were out of state buyers who ran into some road blocks, and Hannah was there guiding us through each with patience and kindness. I asked 20 questions and she gave 20 answers. Hannah was very professional. I told her up front I was looking for a deal and she worked with me to that end. We would discuss each property, what it was worth, the current market, and even the sellers probable position. We would place bids we both felt were a good deal for me yet had a good chance of success. In the end we were able to find a .45 acre water front (bay) lot already cleared for about half of what a neighboring lot went for just 2 months later.

Hannah Ludge is by far the best Realitor I have worked with. She is passionate about helping to protect your assets when buying and selling. I have sold and bought multiple properties with her. This most recent one was listed a few months prior to asking her for assistance. She sold it in less than a week for more money despite it being out of her MLS. I won’t work with a different Realitor.
