I recently bought two homes with Hannah's expert assistance. I'm new to the area, having relocated from the Boston area, and there are some interesting differences here in Philly. Hannah really listened to my initial list of what would and would not work. Over time, the list evolved and while it took more offers than I would have liked, we ended up with two homes that are very much a great fit for myself and my daughter.

I had the opportunity to work with Hanna in the selling of my home. I had posted before with another agent and it didn’t get much activity. When it came time to list again she helped guide me through, upgrades cleaning and understanding the market value. She sold it quickly and was a great guide along the process. Highly recommended!
