Hannah went above and beyond, setting up times to sit down and review all detials of the offers received. She also had good reliable comps for when we were setting the asking price. Hannah set up the open house and handled all the little detials of the showings. Also made her self available when the soon to be new owners wanted to review special items in the house. I honestly wouldn't use anyone else for the sale or purchase of a home.
Hannah and her mother were such a dream to work with. Both of them took my phone calls and texts everyday no matter the time. They are both very knowledgeable about the area and how to walk people through the process. They adapted to my style and made the experience very easy and efficient. My experience with Hannah for my last house sale was so excellent that I didn’t consider using anyone else when it came time to sell my dad’s house. I talked to her about it before probate was done, so we had a game plan, but then I moved out of state. She handled everything for me, and was ready to go the weekend after I had the go ahead from the estate attorney. She even found homes for the piano, pool table and other items that hadn’t sold during the estate sale! The deal almost fell apart right at the end, and it was her effort that saved it. Hannah is the best!!!
Hannah is going to be the #1 realtor in Michigan someday, in my opinion. She has tons of energy and enthusiasm, and she knows how to channel it. We interviewed a number of realtors, and her market research was more thorough than any of the others. She believed our house had a high price potential, but she also had the research to support it. When she reviewed the research with us, she not only knew the facts, but she knew WHY houses sold for more or less than expected. She encouraged us to get the house on the market within the week so we could get Thanksgiving weekend traffic, with people visiting from out of town. With the tight time schedule, she actually worked at the house with us to get it ready!!! Even with only a week to prepare, she made pre-offering buzz, and had the first showings lined up for the day after Thanksgiving. We had competing offers that weekend, including one over asking price, and one cash offer. ($400,000 over what the next best realtor suggested, showing Hannah did her research better.) She did a great job with all the closing details, and thought of some things I wouldn't have - like getting us 2 weeks after closing to get the last items out since it sold so quickly. I've sold 6 houses so far in my life, and Hannah was the best realtor I've had by far.
