She handled both transactions in an extremely professional manner, communicating with us clearly and frequently so we were never guessing about the next steps. For our purchase, we were competing against 4 other offers and Hannah provided us with great guidance on writing our offer to make it the winner. Likewise, on our sale, Hannah helped us get our home ready for listing by providing a roster of experts to make sure the home looked its best for listing, and also helped to coordinate them so it did not fall all on us. We ended up selling over asking price with multiple offers, despite listing during a non-peak time in the market. Hannah made the buying and selling processes smooth and as stress-free as possible. She hustles and advocates on behalf of her clients, and also takes the time to understand your goals in the home buying and selling process.
