As first time home buyers we entered this journey absolutely clueless, overwhelmed and a little terrified. From the start Hanna put us at ease, taught us SO much and guided us through every single step. One of the moments that really sticks out to me is when we put in an offer in on a home, it got accepted!, and then we got to inspection and everything came crashing down (literally and figuratively). Multiple calls, texts and video chats later we decided to walk away from the home. Hanna helped us to make our decision with kindness, empathy and her expertise. After our offer was accepted on our current (perfect) home we were over the moon, but also kind of sad to not spend every weekend with Hanna! We always felt heard and supported. A few things happened when I worked with Hanna: (1) she helped me purchase my first house, (2) she helped me find a first time homebuyer program that'll pay off my student loans, (3) we rekindled a friendship that was LONG overdue.
