Hank is down to earth and very helpful. He was very good about pointing out places where the a home would need maintenance or have future hidden costs, as well as pointing out advantages and things he liked. As a first time home buyer, I very much appreciated his advice and view on several of the key items. Also, his wealth of contacts in the industry gave us an advantage I don't think we would have had otherwise. It seems other agents and inspectors like working with Hank as much as we do and it showed in how quickly things were accepted and completed.

Mr. Kennedy is the most honest and righteous real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Our house was listed and under contract within a week. He took the time to ensure any issues were resolved without any additional hassles for me, got involved with every aspect of the sale including dealing with contractors that were needed for minor repairs and he kept me informed every step of the way.
