We were looking for a new home and we wanted the assistance and knowledge of an experienced real estate agent, and we didn’t hesitate to contact Hank. Hank was our agent when we sold our last three homes, but this was the first time he represented us as our purchasing real estate agent, and as usual…he did not disappoint. Hank was always sincere and kept us updated with any communication he received from the seller’s agent or the escrow company. We knew Hank would not let us down and we liked the fact that he always responded as soon as he could to our questions or concerns. Buying a home can be stressful and at one point an issue arose, but after a recommended inspection and having the issue taken care of by the seller, we were back on schedule to close on time. Everything else went smoothly with our purchase and while we were in escrow. Having Hank as our agent, we gave him our trust and he gave us his honest advice and guidance and that really gave us a piece of mind that we needed. He makes you feel at ease and doesn’t pressure you in making decisions you are not comfortable with. He is truly a pleasure to work with. We thank Hank for his wisdom, friendship and professionalism and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.
