We were looking (a while) for a house in Corona and since we are not first house buyers we had a verrrry long list of “must-have” and “don’t”. Since we know Hank from our last house sell (got above asking price!), we asked him to look out with us on a new home.. As always, Hank was very patient and answered all of our questions and digged into information he could find when we were asking about an area or house. This realtor is GOLD just in terms of being communicative and investigative. Over time we became good friends and meet also his precious little family. Long story short; We found our dream house AND got a pretty good deal thanks to Hank’s expertise and knowledge. We can only recommend him to everyone trying to find their dream house or selling property. He comes prepared like no one else in this business (and we got some experience there).
