Working with Hank was an excellent experience! Being from the area, Hank had a lot of local knowledge that I found to be extremely helpful while I was house hunting. He was always very quick to respond to any questions I had no matter what time of day it was. His negotiation skills were on point as I ended up taking his advice at every turn. I couldn't have asked for more from a realtor and HIGHLY recommend using Hank. I for sure plan on using Hank when I got through the house buying process again.
