Hank helped my elderly parents sell their 4 bedroom home in an active retirement community. Amidst market shifts, Hank did a fantastic job of keeping us informed, and helping us adjust to market realities. 3 things that stood about Hank's service: 1) Timeliness: Hank typically took minutes, if not seconds, to respond to questions or responses, always with a positive and helpful response. 2) Market knowledge: Hank is data-driven and always provided comprehensive market info to back-up decisions we had to make (e.g., price adjustments). 3) Quality of communication: We appreciated how detailed and professional Hank was about sharing information. Not only were his communications detailed, but he always provided his take, the "so what" or his recommendations, e.g., "this is not unusual", "this is to be expected", "given these developments, I would recommend...."
