We can’t say enough about Hank Bailey and his expertise and professionalism. Twelve years ago, Hank was responsible for getting us into our dream home in Georgia. We were working long distance and as soon as we sent him the listing, he immediately went to the property, took tons of photos, and seamlessly negotiated our offer to secure the home. More recently, we hired Hank to sell a piece of land for us. Because we had sold two homes as For Sale by Owner before, we had tried to sell this ourselves as well, but were unsuccessful. We made the decision to let Hank take over and he came through strong. Hank is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying and selling process, and took care of details we would never have thought of. As a result, our buyer was singing Hank’s praises as well!
