We can't say enough good things about Hanan's professionalism as acting both as they buyer's agent our and as our selling agent. Her knowledge of the community allowed her to synch up the buyer with us even though our home was not on the market at the time. Obviously we were a little nervous about her her representing both sides, she handled it very well and we never felt she was giving preferential treatment to either party. She kept us very informed as we went through the process. and always explained what we needed to do and what would be next. Everything went very smoothly with no surprise right through the closing. Hanan is a great realtor! The house was in disrepair and she went over and beyond what is expected to accomplish the renovations. No surprise that it sold the first day with many good offers. The buyer's title company created some problems at closing and she handled those professionally and successfully. Hanan is a very caring person who felt like one of the family during the process. I would certainly recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor!
