Hamze was there from step A to Z, I am a first time homebuyer who wasn’t very knowledgeable about the home buying process, I ran into some qualification push back and decided to give up until Hamze directing me to a lender that was able to get me approved”. My issue was funds for closing, Hamze and his preferred lender found a down payment forgiveness program that applied 10k towards my closing costs, the 10k did not come from the seller nor anyones commission. It sounded to good to be true at first but once I was approved for the 10k I was now able to afford my down payment which is 10k less than I was expecting allowing to qualify. Hamze found my dream home within days of my approval. My family and I truly thank him for his Persistence on persuading me to get out of my rental and actually owning a home.
