Hamid is the loan broker for our new home. As first-time home buyer, my wife and I don't have much knowledge on home purchasing and loan process. In the first meeting he introduced carefully on the whole process and addressed all of our questions. Hamid is knowledgable and explained the pros and cons of the new home to us, which other lenders will definitely not discuss and let buyers know. He locked the rate for us 60 days before the closing because he predicted rates would go up, and eventually the rates did increase (thanks to him). He offered a very competitive loan package in the current market. The loan application and process were smooth thanks to Hamid's expertises. Other lenders always talk about the terms without clarification so they were not in our best interest. But all of details regarding the loan were explained in plain English by Hamid.
