Being a first home buyer can be very stressful without help and support. Especially, in the Bay Area, due to very high home price and competition, finding a perfect home, and going through the buying process can be complicated. However, Hamed was with us from the beginning and we did not feel stressful at all. Hamed has been our friend and family since we met him. I have known Hamed for a LONG time and this guy amazed my wife and I during our process of selling my family home and helping us find our first home. Hamed stuck with us for a long time and through family issues. He has been a friend and a realtor, he was always willing to talk about what was going on and how to move forward. He was awesome dealing with the market when it was finally time to sell the house. He dealt with all the bids and gave his opinion on each one ultimately helping us pick the future buyer. When it came time to buy our first house he was right there by our side helping find homes that my wife and I liked and would considered. The best part was the home we ended up purchasing was a kind of last second viewing that we went to and 24 hours later we had a bid in and got the house. 5/19/2016 We are first time home buyers and have dealt with a few real estate agents in the past. without a doubt Hamed was the best person we worked with. He was very accommodating with our schedule and straight forward with any news, good or bad. He is also very knowledgeable, although I don't know much about the industry or homes, but he did answer all my questions in ALOT of detail :-). He never pressured us into moving forward and helped us make the best decision for US. He has even helped us even after we closed with advice on various matters and we really appreciate his time and effort.
