Hall was very knowledgeable across the board, flexible with scheduling showings etc and very active in responding. Where he really shined though was in his candor. He pointed out nuances that would have been over my head and gave honest feedback on each property from his perspective. He wasn't trying to just make a sale. He worked to find what was the ideal fit for me, regardless of the extra time it took.
