Haley jumped in with both feet, and helped us get multiple bids for electrical and plumbing work so we could make educated decisions. She stayed in constant contact with us during this time. Not only did we use Haley, but my parents also used her two years ago when purchasing their home in Colorado. They're now selling that home and using Haley again. We were never left wondering about offers, quality of the prospect, or neighborhood. She also helped us evaluate offers above the asking price when necessary. However, because of her knowledge and research our new home came in below the asking price thanks in a large part because of her evaluation of the general market and days on market.
