Their great communication was one detail that stuck out a lot for us. We are super busy and Haley was able to work around our schedules for showings. She answered our emails promptly during all times of the day. Their knowledge and ability to find answers were very appreciated as well.

Both Haley and Boky were amazing during our process of finding a house. They were there through every house we wanted to see no matter where, they answered all of our questions from money to roof questions to space size and what we could do with the rooms in every house we saw. They worked with what we wanted and helped us find out dream home! The communication was excellent, they always answered fast and were always responsive. Haley was great. She was always made herself available to view a house when I asked. When I finally found a house I wanted to put an offer on, she went above and beyond. The owner was under the impression that the house was to be sold with all his dated crappy furniture. When I stated I didn't want the furniture, the seller was ready to take it off the market. Haley took the initiative to call local charities and churches and donated the furniture. They came and got all of the furniture removed. Both the seller and I were happy and I closed on 1/20/23.

Always answered our calls and responded to our text messages. We bought our house from just over 900 miles away. Haley went above and beyond for the entire process. She painted a clear picture of the surrounding areas and neighborhoods for us, used the info we gave her to get us in the best part of town for our needs, and helped us pick a great house for our family! We arrived in town on closing day and we’re so pleased with the neighborhood and the home she helped us to find. It is peaceful and we have fantastic neighbors. Haley videoed the neighborhoods, the surrounding areas, and even small details in the houses for us. She gave details that we would have normally missed out on by buying a house from so far away. She was candid on what she saw. And was always available, no matter how many questions we had for her. She went to bat for us in negotiations and moved quickly when the time called. Haley was attentive, kind, and personable. She made the experience feel comfortable and easy despite the circumstances.
