I've given her a difficult situation and not only has she risen to the task, she has stayed cool, calm and collected, all while keeping me sane. She provides you with all the information you need and will not throw BS your way by lying to you. She is hard working, quick to respond and will go to bat for you. To begin with, we weren't sure the area we wanted to be in (we looked from Colorado Springs to Windsor) Then, once we went under contract, Haley was the only reason we didn't lose our earnest money. One of the many reasons I was drawn to Haley Bartlett to be our realtor is that she's crushing it. She has so many clients that she doesn't need to push any mediocre or overpriced service for a kickback, and she especially doesn't have any reason to recommend a lousy home inspector just to make a sale. We loved the home inspector she recommended so much. She was so wonderful to work with and it's now been 3 and a half months since we closed. The biggest surprise has been the continued support from her (if you want it), such as analyzing/comparing real estate trends, your home's current value and she'll happily check if your tax assessment is fair and give you the information to counter it with the city if you're being overtaxed. I say this as someone who has worked with a few realtors to buy and sell over the past 12 years, always a different person after being disappointed. It's not the case with Haley, I wouldn't hesitate to choose her again in the future.
