I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Hal Klopfer as my Mom and I bought a home together. Hal’s patience and guidance were a rock during a difficult time. He was willing to help with whatever we needed to do to sell my mom’s house of 55 years, and get us moved into a better home for us. I cannot say enough about Hal. He went above and beyond each step of the way. He was very organized and honest. He priced our house exactly where it appraised and had all the facts on everything I needed. He assisted with great ideas on staging our home and was in attendance any time we had someone in the home. (Appraisers, etc.). Hal goes the extra mile and ensures the experience is smooth. We ended up moving out of state before the actual closing and he was still available for the mobile closing process. If I need a realtor again or know someone that needs one, he will be the first person I would call. I would recommend him to anyone that would want an experienced, honest realtor.
As a first-time homeowner, I was nervous to step into the world of real estate. I could not have asked for a better guide. Hal worked closely with me throughout the entire process, always there to help explain things (multiple times) and advise me on potential risks along the way. He was patient as I flip-flopped on exactly which type of purchase I wanted to make. Hal sold a house for my mother last week. I felt like Hal took care of her just like he would have for his own mother. We had a unique buyer and lender in our case and Hal was on them every step of the way. He knew when to put his foot down to get them to respond. He is genuinely sincere and trustworthy. He also answered our texts or calls within hours which was very helpful. He will do what it takes to serve you. Awesome job Hal!

Hal would be very responsive when trying to get ahold of him and was great at negotiating repairs and was even able to get them to replace a aging a/c unit for me. I would highly recommended using him!!

He really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a new home. He was always available when I had a question or concern. Hal was kind, compassionate, always professional, and really knew the market and how to help me. He was there from step one, all the way to my closing (and after:)! My husband and I truly believe that Hal is the best agent anyone could have and we were so fortunate to have had his help and expertise in our first home buying experience. We actually began with a different agent who didn’t work out because he just wasn’t helping us in our needs as inexperienced buyers. Then one day I went to look at a house on my own and Hal was the agent showing the house. I was so impressed with his showing that I asked him if he’d be able to help us in finding our home. He was exactly who we wanted and needed to help us. Hal was sensitive to the fact that we were first time buyers who were completely inexperienced and helped guide us every step of the way. He was always available and never made me feel like I was being a burden and most importantly, we always felt like we could trust him 100% that he always had our best interest in mind. This review would be ridiculously long if I wrote down all the many ways Hal stepped up to help us. All someone needs to really know is that Hal is trustworthy, genuinely caring, completely knowledgeable and extremely hardworking. It was such a blessing that we were able to have Hal there right by our side through the whole daunting and stressful process of home buying. We will need to sell our house in the future to relocate again and will absolutely be going back to Hal to have him list our home for us. We could not have found a better real estate agent than Hal. We love our home and are so grateful for all of his help.
