Hal & Kris are the epitome of a dream team. They both work wonderfully together and exemplified pure patience, kindness & professionalism while helping us with the purchase of our new home. This was quite a unique experience for all of us as the home was never listed, quite a fixer upper and was presented to us privately. Hal does a great job pre-marketing your home to get buyers interested. Our home sold after two days on the market for above listing price. He walked us to closing, making sure everything was clear and correct. Hal even gave us a basket of goodies that we used in our new home as we waited for our furniture to arrive.
