HAILEY made purchasing our home a good experience. Even being out of State did not slow her down. She listened to our personal needs and worked diligently to find the perfect home. She was consistent in communicating even minute details. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. When inspection issues were found she made every effort to seek answers and prepare resolutions. Hailey dealt with sellers with patience and respect in every incident. Hailey earned our total trust and respect. Although this is my Forever Home, if ever needed I wouldn’t hesitate to call or refer her.

Hailey was very patient with us in the buying process. We knew what we wanted- until we didn’t. She was patient when we sent her 10 different listings within 5 minutes. And she was willing to go see every single one. She would have went to as many showings as we wanted. She was patient when we wanted to see the same house 3 times. When we placed an offer, she was very thorough and was able to answer any questions we had at every step of the process.

Hailey was great with always responding as soon as we had any questions. She always let us know in a timely manner when there was going to be a showing and asked us before scheduling the showings. She was very professional and let us know what to expect in the home selling process in regards to the market, such as how long it would take to sell. She was very knowledgeable and working with her was great!

Hailey was always available, incredibly organized, and communicated clearly and consistently, so we never felt unsure or left in the dark. She truly stayed ten steps ahead and handled every detail with professionalism and care. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold extremely quickly, allowing us to seamlessly move into the next chapter of searching for our new home. As this was my first experience buying a home, she took the time to walk me through each step, ensuring I felt confident, informed, and empowered throughout the process.
