First Time Working With Hadley

I interviewed Hadley and two other brokers to be the listing agent for the sale of my townhouse. Hadley came very prepared with a description of comparable properties and his listing price recommendation for my unit. He moved quickly to have pictures taken and the listing posted. He’s very organized, thorough and responsive. The property was sold relatively quickly for close to the price that he initially told he thought he could obtain. He handled issues with the buyers demanding and somewhat difficult broker very effectively.
