When there were some emergency things that needed to be taken care of, Hadley and his team were there to get things resolved. On top of all that, he negotiated a really great deal on the place I bought, when real estate prices were still at the high side generally. Because of him, I was able to sell high and buy low, which is the way to do it. I highly recommend him, without any doubt or hesitation.

I worked with Hadley on the purchase of this condo two years prior to thinking that I wanted to sell it and buy a condo in a high rise building. I told him that I was thinking about selling if I could find the right condo on Sheridan Road. After completing his market analysis, Hadley advised me to list the condo immediately because there were very few units like mine in my neighborhood on the market.
