Haaziq recently helped me buy a nice home in a really tough market. Haaziq guided me through the process as I was a first time home buyer. I would like to take the time to summarize a few high points about our experience. - Haaziq was very straightforward about what I had to do in order to buy a home. Even though I did not like the method of purchasing a home in this tough market, he explained to me what I had to do (I still did not like it). - He predicted a price range that the house would sell for. I used my knowledge of homebuilding and his market knowledge and we had a deal on a home in the neighborhood that I wanted. Please note that I was realistic and no deal is perfect. But with his guidance, I was able to get it done. He helped me with my specific needs and formulated a competitive offer. - Haaziq always got back with me really quickly. He was available anytime and always returned the calls, emails and texts. Excellent communicator. - He handled everything from beginning to the closing. Haaziq performed coordination with all the involved parties, even some that he really did not have to, which enabled me to do my daily job. I would ask him to do something and he usually had already done it. We set up an aggressive schedule and met the schedule. In closing, I highly recommend Haaziq for real estate transactions.
